The SWIVL's role in peer coaching was to allow participants a chance to view their own instruction or their colleague's and develop a more well rounded perspective of the experience. The device swivels around to follow the person around the room who is wearing the marker, and records their voice. Below, you will find several tools connected for understanding how to use the SWIVL, and a some examples of the tool in action. |
